1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Walseth AI LLC ("Walseth AI," "we," "us," or "our") through walseth.ai and related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Walseth AI provides AI governance products and consulting services, including:

  • AgentGuard -- Agentic AI governance platform
  • TrustLayer -- CI/CD-native AI governance SaaS
  • ACE Consulting -- AI governance consulting engagements
  • Governance scanning and enforcement auditing tools
  • Related content, documentation, and resources

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

  • Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
  • Use the services to transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services -- including software, text, graphics, logos, and documentation -- are owned by Walseth AI LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data, code, or content you submit to our services for analysis. We do not claim ownership of your materials.

5. Payment and Billing

Certain services require payment. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walseth AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our services provide governance analysis and recommendations. They do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
